Information: MM BCC, BM Boston Conservatory Todd Brunel is a critically acclaimed clarinet sax player and producer who performs extensively as a classical and jazz musician. He has been awarded grants by the MA General Cultural Council for his Vortex Series and by the Dole Rogers Marshall Endowment at Wheaton College and Art Without Borders. His concert appearances include Carnegie Hall, The International Woodwind Festival, the Out of the Box Festival, Spazio NO'HMA in Milan, the Montreal Jazz Festival, the SEAMUS Festival at Dartmouth College, Brandeis University and Preservation Jazz Hall in New Orleans. He is a member of the Armenian folk/fusion band Musaner, The Circadian Rhythm Kings, Garrison Fewell's VDSO and Jerry Sabatini's Sonic Explorers. He currently plays principal clarinet with the Waltham Symphony and has performed with ALEA III, the Bulgarian Virtuosi and the Opera Ebony of Harlem. He is on the faculty of Wheaton College in Norton, MA and the Powers Music School in Belmont.
